Skooly One: one post per date
Skooly OneAny member
- Open your community on Skool. Click the Skooly One icon in Chrome's toolbar (install it from skoo.ly/one and click Connect my community first if you have not), then click Posts in the bottom bar.
- Click + New post, write it, pick the category, and add a poll, GIF, video link or recording if you want one.
- Pick the date and time, then click Schedule (the button shows the time you picked). Not ready yet? Click Save draft instead, or Post now to publish on the spot.
- Repeat for each day of the week. For a post you reuse (a weekly check-in, say), click Create a copy on its row. The copy lands in Drafts. Click Edit on it, change the date, and schedule it.
- Check the Scheduled, Drafts and Published tabs. The month calendar on Scheduled shows the week laid out.
You end up with: A week of one-off posts queued on Skooly's servers, with drafts and copies for the ones you reuse.
Works on Any member of skool.com/skooly.
Skout quest
Earns Skout the Megaphone.
Done when: A post you scheduled in Skooly has gone live.
A VIP quest. On any Skool page, click Skout, then Quests.
Watch out
- Skooly One and the portal share no data. The same post queued in both publishes twice. Pick one home per post.
- Skooly One has no repeating posts. The API refuses them outright, so schedule each date on its own or use the portal (VIP).
- A failed portal post does not retry. An expired Skool sign-in is one cause. Turn on the failure email.
- Repeat with Ends set to Never means exactly that. A weekly post nobody remembers is still going out next year.
- Skool allows one community email every 72 hours. A post with Email All Members inside that window still publishes, but Skool may skip the email.
Or ask your AI assistant
Skooly MCP, VIP and up. Works in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok.Drafts and schedules the month of posts for you, after a dry run you approve.
Draft a month of Monday 9am posts for my community: one tip per week on [topic]. Check my post categories and what is already queued. Do a dry run first and show me all four as one calendar. Only schedule them after I say yes.
